David Soffer | Attorney
David Sofer has been the founder and owner of David Sofer Law Offices since 1993 and has more than 40 years of legal experience across a broad range of practice areas.
Over the years, he has held prominent professional and public positions, with particular expertise in real estate law, alongside extensive experience representing banks and advising on commercial law, contracts, wills and estates, and enduring powers of attorney.
David Sofer is a notary, certified mediator and arbitrator, and practices across the full spectrum of civil law. He also has extensive experience representing foreign residents and establishing and managing trust accounts on their behalf.
He previously served as Chairman of the Israel Council of Real Estate Appraisers and, until recently, as Deputy Chairman of the Tel Aviv District Committee of the Israel Bar Association and Co-Chair of the Public Institutions and Government Committee of the Israel Bar Association, Tel Aviv District.

Yael represents homeowners in urban renewal projects, clients in a wide range of complex real estate transactions, foreign residents in legal proceedings concerning their real estate assets, corporations and private clients in lease agreements, as well as in wills and estates matters. She also represents banks before various courts and is licensed to prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Yael is a member of the Real Estate and Property Forum and the Urban Renewal Committee of the Israel Bar Association.

Adv. Irit Hadar is a senior attorney at David Sofer Law Offices.

Irit specializes in litigation, banking law, civil law and real estate law.<br>
She previously served as a teaching assistant for the course “Introduction to Law” at the College of Management Academic Studies. She also served as an editor for sections of the legal journal “HaMishpat,” was a member of its editorial team, and participated in the editing of the “Shamgar Book.”

In addition, Irit prepared the indexes for Prof. Yoram Rabin’s book “The Right to Education” and for Prof. Haim Sandberg’s book “Public Supervision of Charitable Trusts: A Comparative Study.”<br>
